My Vision My greatest desire is whoever I come in contact with will leave from my presence and I have said something to help them feel better and empowered.
My Good Girlfriends are all special to me. Sharing knowledge and inspiring all women is always my goal. I want to provide the necessary tools women need to move from the place of hurt, stagnant, confusion, laziness, hopelessness, or doubt.
To eventually, saying, I got this! You can do it! I can! I will, it’s done, what’s next?
Since 2014, I have been working with women in my community on how to empower and encourage them through difficult times.
This conference will allow me to provide knowledge, wisdom, and tools to uncover some of the gnawing ache that so easily overtaking the mental, physical, and Spiritual health with us as women. Some tomes we feel as if we can’t ever catch a break. I have chosen speakers, including myself, have a powerful stance on being intentional about the words we speak so these words may break a through to the root of the drama or trauma someone may be experiencing. The conference will focus on flaws, mental blocks, abuse, suicide, faith, and empowerment of women. I will present a hallmark of bold, daring, sympathetic, inspirational, and
I am a former volunteer as a Good News Jail Ministry/Trauma Healing Assistant for Douglas County Jail female inmates and New Community/Good News Jail Ministry in Omaha, NE. for several years. This is place where I meet some amazing ladies in my life. They expressed some extremely difficult times in their live. I went thinking that I was going to teach them, Wow! They brought me to tears on how much they added to my small mind and untapped perspective. They taught me so much in 2 weeks with the program as a Mentor I became the student. Thank you, to my friend Eunice, for seeking me out one Sunday morning in worship service. What stories we will share for an eternity. I really believe our journey is just beginning.
My Future Vision The business that I am starting is designed to professional provide tools for all hurting women. Whether it is through drugs alcohol, sexual, physical, bad marriage, difficult children, depression, or mental abuse just to name a few things that they may have encountered.
These professional sessions will be available for women to speak in a daily group setting with other women who may have experienced the same traumatic events that they have encountered. It can be on an individual basis, small or large group. Whichever they feel more comfortable with.

I am a person that consistently volunteers at several organizations in my community. Below is a list of community organizations that I have served in the past and presently to serve women in many capacities.
Open Door Mission: This organization serves the homeless and poverty-stricken community. We served nutritious meals and made holiday baskets and treats for the women and children that reside there.
Goodwill Industries: As a volunteer it was my responsibility to hang clothes due to the massive amount of inventory the receive stores. I have periodically assisted with helping organize the items in their store in my free time.
Douglas County Jail: I invested time with the female inmates and shared with them valuable tools and coping mechanisms for overcoming a traumatic situation.
New Community (Good News Jail Ministry): I serve as a Spokes Leader and an On Call Member. This organization allowed me to assist inmates with reentry to the community. The organization allowed me to breathe life back into each of them that are or could be experiencing the same obstacles that society or their surroundings may have taken from them.
NCNW: I currently serve as secretary on the board. We are eager to provide empowerment, educational assistance, and knowledge to our African American women and children. We are determined to continue out the legacy of Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune with diligence and honor by continuing to lift women in our community.
Sole for Souls: I set up a community shoe drive for Africa. Sole for Souls brought the community over 7, 000 pairs of shoes. I had people reach out to me from all areas of the Nebraska to donate and volunteer. They assisted with wrapping shoes that needed to be sent to the corporate office in St. Louis. The campaign succeeded far beyond my expectations, as it made the Omaha World Herald Newspaper.
Salem Sluggers Community Softball Team is my baby. It was designed to make an impact outside of the church walls to bring the community together through exercise, play, and prayer. I prayed with each opponent before each game, gave them a water bottle with our contact information, and invited them to our church services on Sunday. This was one of the most powerful outreach tools that I have developed to date. It also made the Omaha World Herald Newspaper. In addition, I was asked by one of the local news broadcasters to do a midday segment about why I chose to create a community softball team and why I was inspired to build a campaign ‘walk-a-thon’ called “Strike out Stroke.” This broadcast intrigued inmates from other states and former Nebraskans to reach out and express how proud they were to see this in the community.
My mission is to host Christian women’s events and unite women from all walks of life by meeting their intricate needs, investing, and equipping in them through communication. Most importantly giving them some tools to handle the difficult days and inspiring them through the Word of God. With this process you can go from “Hurting to Healed Women.”
