At this time, the conference is proceeding as a live event, with the expectation that all attendees will do their part to stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Thus, wearing is mask is required in all event spaces, except when eating or drinking for the entirety of the convention. Further, additional preventative practices, such as social distancing, should be expected on site.
The committee will continue to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and federal, states and local guidelines. If CDC advises against face-to-face conferences, A virtual/Zoom presentation will be offered as an alternative.
